Terms and Conditions – Resort
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Margosa Rewild, a nature retreat operates under the ownership of MJR Hospitality LLP facilities and services. By making a reservation or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Reservations and Payments:
a. All reservations are subject to availability.
b. To secure a reservation, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
c. Payment methods accepted may include cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers.
d. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.
Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in time is usually after 12:00 PM local time, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM local time.
b. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
c. A valid photo ID and/or passport is required at check-in for all guests.
Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation and time of year.
b. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
c. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation.
d. No-shows or early departures may be charged a cancellation fee
Guest Responsibilities:
a. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
b. Guests must comply with all resort rules and regulations, including those relating to noise, conduct, and use of facilities.
c. Any damage caused to resort property by a guest will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
d. Smoking may be prohibited in certain areas of the resort. Please adhere to designated smoking policies.
Liability and Indemnity:
a. The resort shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property during their stay.
b. Guests participate in resort activities at their own risk and should take appropriate precautions.
c. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the resort harmless from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from their use of the facilities.
Privacy and Data Protection:
a. The resort may collect personal information for reservation and administrative purposes.
b. Guest information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the resort’s privacy policy.
Amendments and Termination:
a. The resort reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
b. The resort may terminate or refuse service to any guest who violates these Terms or engages in unacceptable behaviour.
Important:
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 years staying at the Resort. The identification proofs accepted at the Resort are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, PAN Card.
No outside for food:
Beverages or floral decorations may be brought into the resort or consumed on the resort premises. Any guest bring/consuming food &/or beverages from outside will be charged the full resort rate for an equivalent item.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction Hyderabad.
b. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
